Fascia’s, Soffits, and Guttering In Central Scotland

Welcome to The Roofing Bureau
Rooflines in Central Scotland

Fascias

Soffits
There is normally a gap between the fascia and the wall, and this is filled with a soffit. The purpose of the soffit is to prevent birds, insects, and vermin from making a home beneath your roof. Soffits form an air-tight seal, so to prevent condensation in the roof space, we incorporate ventilation into the installation.

Guttering
The final part of your roofline is the guttering, which diverts rainwater and other run-off away from the house. The Roofing Bureau installs high-quality guttering on all the projects we work on. Each can handle excess water at high volumes, ideal for the harshest of British winters. We also perform guttering repairs, when needed, across Scotland.
